* WHERE ARE MY DATA ACTUALLY STORED IN THE CLOUD?
The Clouds reside in Ireland and are the AWS of Amazon GDPR Ready. Daily backups are performed and all data transmissions are under Https.

* HOW DOES THE CLOUD WORK ?
The data entered is saved locally on the device where you work and then the data is synchronized in the Cloud updated and ready to be shared by all devices.

* IF I DON'T PAY THE CLOUD I LOOSE MY DATA ?
No. The data is only saved on the individual devices where you have entered it. If the Cloud is not active, you can continue working in Local but you cannot share them with others updated and via the Cloud.

* HOM MUCH DOES IT COST TO CUSTOMIZE ONEORDER?
It’s Free as the Tools and Drag & Drop functions to adapt the program to your specific needs are all present and integrated in the Desktop versions of OneOrder, which are the Windows version, the Web App and MAC OS.
